The site produces molded components and finished medical devices across interventional, surgical technologies, diagnostics, and drug delivery applications. Capabilities include scientific injection molding, multi-shot molding, multi-lumen extrusion, and on-site mold-making, supported by advanced automation, validated assembly and packaging processes, and dedicated engineering and metrology infrastructure.
Located in Tijuana and operating under Mexico’s IMMEX/Maquila program, the facility enables smoothly efficient cross-border manufacturing and logistics.
