Our Resident Expert: Sixto Hernadez

Sixto brings over 30 years of experience developing complex extrusions for the medical device industry. He’s a leading expert and the ideal partner for engineers to solve challenges, improve products and processes and rapidly get to market. Sixto’s past experience includes a diverse base of market leaders in the interventional catheter space, including Baxter and most recently serving at Nordson. Bring him a challenge! Our Fremont Campus

Design & Development Center West

State-of-the-art development and manufacturing facilities located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We offer state-of-the-art design and process development from early concept through low-volume commercial production in 6,000 sq ft ISO Class 7&8 Cleanrooms. In-house braiding, coiling, tipping, nitinol processing, lamination capabilities to quickly respond to your prototyping and development needs.

Extrusion Center of Excellence

Our state-of-the-art design and development facility coupled with Sixto’s resident expertise allows us to partner with development engineers to iterate quickly and solve complex challenges. Our center of excellence is able to support throughout the entire product lifecycle from development to production.
