Our Extrusion Development Center of Excellence (CoE) features quick-turn capabilities and resident expertise to partner with development engineers to iterate quickly and solve complex challenges. We can support you throughout the product lifecycle from development to production.
The product range includes single-lumen, multi-lumen (up to 12), wire coating, profile and balloon extrusions of thermoplastic materials (nylon, Pebax® 72D-25D, polyurethane 2363-55D-75D and 2363-80AE and 90AE, HDPE, LDPE, BaSO4-filled and various FDA 21 CFR 73 Subpart D pigments).
