On Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, Viant associates across 25 global sites came together to celebrate OpEx Day. At each site, all team members took time to recognize the importance of operational excellence and their role in driving ongoing process and development improvements.
During the festivities, associates engaged in activities such as team-building tasks, problem-solving exercises, and recognized the continuous improvement programs and achievements of the past year.
This event also marked the announcement of the Circle of Excellence award winners, recognizing the outstanding contributions these associates have made in the areas of service, cost, collaboration, safety, culture and quality. For this year’s Circle of Excellence competition, over 565 associates participated, 110 projects were submitted, and participation spanned all of our sites and corporate teams. In an OpEx Day first, our Wheeling, IL site had finalists in five of the six award categories.
OpEx Day is a demonstration of how problem solving, creativity and teamwork can drive on-going advancements in all aspects of the work we do for our customers and the patients they serve.
