Viant South Plainfield is a precision injection molding and complex assembly facility that is home to one of Viant’s Tooling Centers of Excellence.
Operating 24/7, the facility supports both low and high-volume surgical technologies, interventional, drug delivery, and diagnostics programs. Injection molding capabilities include two-shot, insert, and over molding in high-temp and engineering-grade resins, paired with complex device assembly, secondary operations, and packaging. The site also manufactures titanium surgical staples and offers automated cartridge loading—specialized capabilities suited to technically demanding, high-precision work.
Combining automation, cleanroom manufacturing, and in-house tooling expertise, South Plainfield is built to support complex programs from launch through production.
