- Injection Molding: 47 molding presses (30 – 400 ton), Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), insert molding. ABS, Nylon, Peek, Udel, Polycarbonate and TPE resins
- Extrusion: Single and dual tubing, coil shape tubes, wire-attached tubing
- Complex Assembly: Precision assembly utilizing laser welding, ultrasonic welding, RF welding, bonding, and tipping
- Packaging & Logistics: Sterile barrier packaging, inspection, and shipping
- Tooling & Metrology: Onsite certified toolmakers, advanced metrology lab with precision inspection capabilities
