CUSTOM TUBING FOR DEMANDING APPLICATIONS

Viant Collegeville has been making precision metal tubing for more than 50 years — specializing in thin-walled stainless steel and nitinol tubing. The facility supplies tubing and tube components found inside arthroscopic shavers, biopsy needles, stent delivery systems, electrosurgical instruments, drug delivery devices, with additional support for various aerospace, marine and industrial applications.

Rather than limiting customers to standard tubing sizes, Viant’s Collegeville site manufactures custom tubing built to exact specifications, achieving dimensions, tolerances, and wall thicknesses that many mills cannot. Backed by expertise in both seamless and proprietary laser-welded and drawn tubing, the team can tailor the right solution to each application. Viant’s weld-and-draw process provides structural integrity comparable to seamless tubing while helping customers optimize cost, lead time, and dimensional consistency.

Combining custom tube manufacturing, advanced fabrication, and in-house metallurgical expertise, Collegeville serves as a trusted partner from development through full-scale production.
