John Greisch
Chairman and Interim CEO
John Greisch serves as Chairman and Interim CEO of Viant, bringing more than four decades of executive leadership experience across the healthcare and medical technology industries to the role. Most recently, John served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., a global provider of medical technologies for the healthcare industry, including vital sign monitoring systems, hospital beds, patient lifts, and non-invasive therapeutic products. Prior to Hill-Rom, John held several senior leadership positions at Baxter International, Inc., including President of International Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and President of its BioScience division. John also serves as Chairman of Catalent and Discovery Life Sciences, Lead Independent Director of Carrier Global Corporation, and on the board of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sean Crowley
Chief Operating Officer
Sean Crowley oversees the operations of Viant’s worldwide facilities and also leads the company’s operational excellence, program management, global supply chain, and engineering organizations. He joined Viant in 2018 with more than 20 years of global operations and supply chain experience. Previously, he worked at Medtronic for 15 years, holding varying degrees of responsibility in engineering, operational excellence, new product development, and manufacturing operations. Before joining Viant, Sean served as vice president of global operations for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group at Medtronic, where he led supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing operations for 29 facilities supporting over $8 billion in revenue. Prior to that, he worked in manufacturing and operational excellence at Xerox Corp. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army. Sean holds a master’s degree in engineering and global operations management from Clarkson University and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Rodney Crooks
Managing Director, Orthoplastics
Rodney Crooks leads Viant’s Orthoplastics operations in the UK, the industry’s premier supplier of premium-grade orthopedic ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) for medical devices. In his role, Rodney oversees all aspects of the business, driving excellence in design and development, commercial strategy, customer relationships, product quality, and service delivery. His focus is on ensuring Orthoplastics continues to deliver high-quality, differentiated UHMWPE solutions that meet the evolving needs of orthopedic customers worldwide. With over 30 years of operations and leadership experience, Rodney brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Prior to leading Orthoplastics, he served as Vice President of Operations for Viant’s Medical Device Solutions (MDS) division for six years. His career also includes leadership roles at Covidien/Medtronic and DJO, managing global operations across the US, Mexico, Ireland, and the UK. Rodney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Microbiology, a Master’s in Manufacturing Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Trish Albert
Corporate Vice President and General Counsel
Trish Albert is responsible for Viant’s legal affairs, including overseeing the company’s corporate governance, contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and business policy. Trish brings 20 years of legal experience to her role. Previously, she served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Vention Medical (formerly known as Advanced Polymers). Prior to that, she was an attorney with a law firm in Nashua, New Hampshire. She earned a bachelor’s degree in History and English from the University of Southern Maine and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
