Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM): Comprehensive engineering expertise in orthopedic implant manufacturing, including process development, prototyping, and validation to meet global regulatory standards.
Precision Machining & Fabrication: Advanced CNC milling, turning, Swiss machining, and multi-axis capabilities with tolerances up to ±0.01mm for metals and polymers like UHMWPE and PEEK.
Coating Technology: Industry-leading plasma spray coatings (Atmospheric and Vacuum Plasma Spraying) for titanium and hydroxyapatite (HA), with over 10 million implants coated.
Surface Treatments: Grit blasting, bead blasting, laser marking, passivation, and final cleaning to ensure durability and compliance.
Assembly & Sterile Packaging: Class 8 cleanroom assembly with double-pouch vacuum and blister sealing and packaging compatible with gamma and EtO sterilization processes.
Inspection & Quality Systems: Dimensional control using advanced CMM and image measurement systems, supported by a robust quality culture recognized globally for excellence.
