Team members from Viant Medical gathered at their 25 locations worldwide on October 5, to recommit to the company’s focus on operational excellence – and to celebrate the accomplishments of associates who took that commitment to the next level.
Viant’s annual OpEx Day presents the opportunity to renew the organization’s focus on the continuous improvement of all systems and processes across the Viant footprint. The annual goal is to drive improvements that are measurable, actionable, and aspirational.
This year’s day of activities included team-building and problem-solving exercises, as well as an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding efforts of Viant’s Circle of Excellence Award winners. Those associates demonstrate how problem-solving, teamwork and creativity can deliver on-going improvements in all aspects of Viant’s work.
